The view from my Queen Room was stunning. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the rooftop provided amazing scenery. Excellent location near one of my favorite restaurants made the visit nice.

Rooms were spacious and clean, but comment about limited storage space was a drawback. Friendly staff provided fantastic service during our stay.

The front desk staff was very abrupt and rude when I inquired about unexpected charges. Instead of helping me understand the IVA tax that was charged, he dismissed my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated. Additionally, the absence of accessible rooms with two beds was disappointing given my family's needs during our stay.

Charging IVA for international tourists is absurd!!! Limited storage in rooms is frustrating when unpacking for longer stays!!! The hand towel quality needs a major overhaul!!! Not having a kettle in the room should be a basic expectation!!!
